In 2017 and 2018, I thought Waterford was becoming a breakout program in the region. But they have fallen back to "pretty good for Southeast Ohio." This is usually a good game for 2-3 quarters.

Fort Frye won the first 7 games before Waterford won in 1985. Waterford’s next win was 1992. Fort Frye won 21 of 23 up to the year 2000. Waterford won 6 of 7 from 2001-2007 and hasn’t won since.
