Ironton looks impressive taking one of the biggest schools in WV behind the woodshed.
Going to be a fast second half.

Cabell midland would be a D-I in Ohio and they’re playing a D-V. If it wasn’t for 8 turnovers last year different story!! People keep saying they lost players so did Ironton and CM got many transfers also the size of school it shouldn’t matter if they lost anybody!! They say they’re a powerhouse then reload.

WV football is worse than Kentucky. This ironton team may be the best to ever walk through the school when it’s all said and done.

47-7 at half. Ironton scoring whenever they want. Felt good going into this game but didn’t anticipate this.

If I saw it correctly running clock in West Virginia is 42+ lead in 3rd quarter and 35+ in the 4th quarter.

I remember Ironton and Wheelersburg traveling to West Virginia to play their number one teams and blown them out back in the 90’s. One was Dupont with Randy Moss. They beat them by 50. Burg played number one team Spring Valley or something like that beat them 47. That’s just a couple I remember, but it was every year. Portsmouth went over and blew people out George Washington and spring Valley, etc.

This is correct. If the score differential at the beginning of the 3rd quarter is a 42+ point OR the score differential at any time during the 4th quarter is 35+ point margin, they will use the running clock. The only stoppage is for an injury, a charged timeout, or a TD/PAT.
