Fairland’s wins are against teams with a 3-5 record but, they’ve also played West, Point Pleasant, and Fairfield-Union, all of which should end up being 5-5.

Rock Hill’s wins are against teams with a 2-7 record. Minford may go 0-10 or 1-9, Symmes Valley may end up 3-7 to 5-5, and Oak Hill could end up being 1-9 to 4-6 depending on if they improve throughout the season.

Though Rock Hill has improved and it’s their first 3-0 start since 2016, Fairland should win by at least a couple scores. Rock Hill has started 3-0 in only these years:

I think Fairland wins this game big.
The Fairland defense will swarm and dominate the LOS. The linebacker play and the attacking defensive front is as fast as any time Rock Hill will see all year. Add in the ability of the Fairland guys to make open field tackles I don’t see Rock Hill being able to pound the rock.
Offensively I don’t think Rock Hill has the athletes to stop the Fairland passing game. Kitts will get to running wild as the Fairland tempo will put the Rock Hill defenders in bad spots. Add in Wall throwing the ball all over the field to Smith-Hayden-Graham and Black.
I see this being the kind of game Fairland wins something like 42-14

I just saw where Rock Hill gave up at least 4 passing touchdowns too Oak Hill this past weekend. That may not be the recipe for success going forward in having to now face Fairlands passing attack.
