The down Burg team you mention would be undefeated right now if they played Minfords soft schedule. They have played some very good teams so far.

Reality will set in after Valley beats them this week. Wheelersburg is not a good football team.

Never seen a sequence like this. Three onside kicks Minford touches too early. Mark off 5 yards and re-kick every time. Fourth kick was out of bounds. Minford ends up kicking deep from their own 25. NW ball at their 40.

Says what I’ve said all year. This Minford team is going to have a hard year. They’re dressing 23 guys, four seniors, a new first time HC. The future can be bright but this is not their year. This is a full program rebuild that will take years to get back to what it was during the Daniels tenure.

That doesn’t take anything away from the Mohawks in my opinion. Can anyone else think of a better NW team? I can’t.

May be one of the best offensive and defensive lines they've ever had.... from what I've seen, they are lacking at the skill positions. #4 and 25 are good from the RB positions but their QB and WR positions are lacking..... their secondary is a train wreck as well. You get a team that can pass and they are in trouble.

Yeah I think they've lined up better teams off and on over the last several years simply because they did have better skilled players. Comparing anything to this Minford team is tough just the very reasons you mentioned. The future might be bright but it's going to take some time and it's going to take faith in those players staying put or even playing

It was a couple 8-9 year olds. I highly doubt she got the piss beat out of her by 2nd graders. Should it happen ? No. People need to watch there kids better at these games. And I hope they all got a buttt whoopin when they got home. The sheriff was on the scene immediately and said this was blown way out of proportion. The Facebook post left out some key info.
