Pretty good LCF. What was your weight before losing it? Do you lift at the gym, or cardio exercise? I love to lift, but I need to do more cardio. Thinking of getting me a bike.

I have hit the gym 52 times, so fat this year, and I do at least 65 minutes of cardio each time.

Losing over 20 pounds is no small feat, and I imagine you must have kept building on that.
