Adkins never touched the DB, and their wasn’t a receiver in sight, when he flung the ball from inside the pocket, to avoid the sack but keep reaching. Weird that YOU would know more about rules than the governing association that is the OHSAA, because according to the OHSAA a sideline infraction cannot be enforced with no time on the clock. How much time was left when the two KIDS, not a coach ran less than 3 feet off the sideline AFTER a shuffle pass fell incomplete? Oh, thought so!JFLRADIO Big Mor wrote: ↑Thu Oct 10, 2024 6:01 pmOkay homer, there was a receiver 5-10 yards from ball. Official on that dide ran over and pointed it out. You cant see that like hou cang see the same official threw fumble flag, seen Portsmouth recovered then called him down. Two handed shove off on far side you couldn’t possibly see or else on line. Which is the official called it. Easy PI call in end zone, if reversed, u be crying about that also. You lost because your coach couldnt stay in the box and game cannot end in a defensive penalty. Oh yeah, and you lost because you had less points.TrojanTru wrote: ↑Tue Oct 08, 2024 6:00 pm
Kinda like the reversed intentional grounding call that allowed Fairland to score in the first? Or the phantom offensive pass interference that would’ve put Portsmouth scoring position, but instead sent them back to their own 30/40? Officials gave Fairland that game.
So you are saying people could have ran on the field the last play of the game because there was no time on the clock? Or the first 2 point conversion? So what would happen if that would have happened?
Re: 6-1 Ironton @ 7-0 Fairland
The infraction happened during the play...like it or not (incomplete pass was not called) sure hope the players have a better "next play" mentality than these fans have..lol. excuses, blame, finger pointing....ain't gonna help this week.WrestlingFootball wrote: ↑Fri Oct 11, 2024 4:12 pmTrojanTru wrote: ↑Fri Oct 11, 2024 12:26 amNothing you stated happened on either of those two penalties. Hearing the Fairland QB might be out for the year and supposedly the backup is hurt too? Not sure how accurate this is just heard from a Fairland fan.

I believe Fairland QB is #7? He’s not dressed so it seems he is out. Tough break for Fairland. They are having a good season so far.

On the Fairland live stream they mentioned that Ethan Wall (QB) has some sort of fracture in his leg and is out the next 2 weeks, Aedan Miller (K) tore ACL & MCL and will miss the rest of the season, and Jacob Polson (backup K) is going to miss this week due to hamstring injury. Sending the best to these young men that they recover.

Fairland and Ironton both are sloppy right now
Contemplating all life choices and loyalties…

This video an official explains that a penalty like what happened with the time running out the game is over. The penalty is not enforced as the game is over. He goes in detail using rule book. But it is over now and can't change it.Rza1 wrote: ↑Fri Oct 11, 2024 5:18 pmThe infraction happened during the play...like it or not (incomplete pass was not called) sure hope the players have a better "next play" mentality than these fans have..lol. excuses, blame, finger pointing....ain't gonna help this week.WrestlingFootball wrote: ↑Fri Oct 11, 2024 4:12 pmTrojanTru wrote: ↑Fri Oct 11, 2024 12:26 am

Loved the fake to Terry for a wide open shot downfield. But kicking continues to be inconsistent.

Completely different team from weeks 1-5. We’ll see how the second half goes.
Re: 6-1 Ironton @ 7-0 Fairland
What has happened to the Tigers offense? The last 2 games they have seemed flat. Very different than how they played the first half of the season. GO TIGERS!

He hurt his ankle/leg. May not see him anymore tonight. Appeared to have trouble putting weight on it on the sideline.ohbuckeye2 wrote: ↑Fri Oct 11, 2024 7:58 pm Ugly half for the Fighting Tigers

Give Fairland credit they got Ironton off balance they are bringing the house every time on Defense and running the ball trying to break the big play.
Ironton's Defense is holding but they are playing the pass so the run is there for them.
