All about match ups. I also think depending on who draws Waverly could be in for a game

Re: Region 15 Outlook
We all now know who is the most positive poster on this site, because Waverly and Logan Elm have been exposed big time. At least the unioto people know that they are in trouble in certain matchups
The best thing for those three teams would be if two of them could play and then someone has to win

Re: Region 15 Outlook
There’s a few teams Unioto could beat but would be underdogs against Alder and West Holmes
Re: Region 15 Outlook
All the teams from the south east want to play each other that’s the best chance to win no one is gonna beat teams out of the area. I watched every team in region 15 and for the tanks we need to play Logan elm, waverly, vinton county, Fairfield union. Other than those teams it’s not looking good for us. But to be fair to unioto we weren’t supposed to do anything this year after losing so many ppl and here we are going for another gold ball and a chance to host a game week 11

Please enlighten me then about the other schools in this region. I said this region is going to be Indian Valleys or St Clairsville. Every one else is playing to lose to them

Re: Region 15 Outlook
New lex throws it all over and score a lot of points. Canton south is a lot like Indian valley and st Clair as far as offense and how they play looked very good to me despite their low seed. Alder, east Liverpool beaver local all the same nice strong back good looking lines run right at you. If you can’t stop the power run it won’t be pretty. Indian valley can throw if they need to but their tailback is the guy. Columbus east has speed but they play lot of city schools and everyone plays each other it is always a hard read for those teams. Philo is another team that may not be great but they play better teams than us and you and some of their scores impressed meJeaux Burreaux wrote: ↑Sun Oct 13, 2024 4:00 pmHamPorter wrote: ↑Sun Oct 13, 2024 3:05 pm We all now know who is the most positive poster on this site, because Waverly and Logan Elm have been exposed big time. FF still has 5-3 D5 Amanda to play so a loss there puts them at 5-5.MVLfan wrote: ↑Sun Oct 13, 2024 9:24 am A look at D4R15 playoff picture, with help from Fantastic50’s website.

LE still has 5-3 D3 Hamilton Township to play so a loss there puts them at 5-5.
WAV finishing 6-4 assumes they beat Northwest. That is not a guarantee with their rushing defense. A loss to NW and WAV finishes 5-5. A win and the Tigers finish 6-4.
WH finishing 6-4 assumes they beat D3 5-3 New Philadelphia. No guarantee there. They possibly finish 5-5.
BR finishing 6-4 assumes they beat 8-0 Columbus Acadamy. They possibly finish 5-5.
Philo finishing 6-4 assumes they beat D3 5-3 John Glenn. They possibly finish 5-5.
East Liverpool most likely finishes 6-4 with games against 1-5 Weir our of WV and 0-7 Oak Glen out of WV.
Jonathan Alder sitting at 4-4 has 6-2 D3 Bellefontaine and 0-8 D3 Tecumseh to play so 5-5 is probably where they end up.
Canton South sitting at 4-4- has 2-6 D6 Tuslaw and 6-2 D4 Northwest to play so 5-5 is likely where they end up.
Heath is sitting at 3-5 but should finish the season with wins over 4-4 D5 Northridge and 4-4 D5 Utica.
Beaver Local is sitting at 3-5 and has 0-8 D4 Cambridge and 4-4 D5 Lakeview to play. They finish at 4-6 or 5-5.
SO, There is a ton of football to be played in 2 weeks that will decide several playoff spots and home fields.
Def a top 2 or 3 in this region... New Lex destroyed Fairfield Union and Philo weeks 1 and 2.
I agree, Canton South and East Liverpool could make some noise with their low seeds and tough schedules.

Re: Region 15 Outlook
Most definitely a lot of games left to play. Many games could still go either way, for almost every team battling for a spot. The top 5 are easy to predict, 6 down can still have a lot of movement.
1-2 will be Indian Valley and St Clairsville
3-5 will be New Lex (Sheridan), Columbus East (McKinley), and Unioto (Paint Valley)
6-14 will be come combination of:
Fairfield Union (A-C), Logan Elm (Hamilton Township), Waverly, Philo (John Glenn), West Holmes (New Philly), Canton South (Northwest), East Liverpool, Bishop Ready (Columbus Academy), Johnathan Alder
15-16 will be Heath, Vinton County, Beaver Local
It’s fun to try and predict, but anything could happen!!

Re: Region 15 Outlook
Unioto really needs New Lex to beat Sheridan. More winnable matchups as the 5 seed than as the 4. West Holmes and Canton South are worst case scenario
Re: Region 15 Outlook
New Lex won and East lost, meaning Unioto is likely the 4 seed. Honestly better matchups at the 5 seed but it is what it is. Most likely teams look like West Holmes or Canton South
