Week 9: (7-1) Paint Valley @ (7-1) Unioto
Re: Week 9: (7-1) Paint Valley @ (7-1) Unioto
Never said he wasn’t a great player or that the game would of been different if he played, I said that the piketon and the zt guys were better that’s just my opinion.

Also think ppl don’t talk as much as his kicking, had they not got rid of kicker of the year he would have got that too. If he wanted may have a chance at a bigger school in college if he is willing to kick or punt

I just wanted to let you know the so called qb that quit lost his spot to a freshman and he is a Jr., he wasn’t even playing qb for jv. Kid wouldn’t work out and get stronger and couldn’t throw a good ball maybe stick with baseball.

You're a bit dilutional...that kid has a rocket of an arm. It wasn't utilized.
He didn't lose his position to a freshman either. He's been the backup since 9th grade and was still the backup QB. I don't think you realize just how much work he put into it.
Sounds like someone is "hoping" the freshman gets his big chance soon; however, he'll be taking a seat for at least a couple years, if not forever.
If you think Dye will put him as a QB1 after next year, you're wrong. Where was the big guy last week? He got put in with a minute to go...and was overlooked when Free went in as QB at the half and he hasn't played QA since 8th grade).
And he may want to hit the weight room on his strength too because I'm pretty sure he needs to get stronger more the other QB.
Current 8th grade QB is way better...he'll be taking over as JV next year.

My take is the kid never got a shot to show what he could do other than in practice. He was the JV Qb up until this year, when PV didn't have enough kids to fill a JV squad, he opted to play WR for his team so they could field some games. I applaud the kid for being a Junior and stepping up so that the young kids could get games in when he didn't need to. Lots of kids these days think that they are Varsity Material and don't even see minutes on a Friday night and choose to not play JV because of their mindset. This is on the coach to make these kids show up and play on Saturday mornings as it is for the development of the program in my opinion!!
As far as his arm goes, you're crazy if you don't think that kid could throw a ball.

Pointless post really probably just one you could've set on as no one was really worried about it.
