Region 27 Outlook

Could possibly have a Trimble vs. Southern rematch.

Thoughts on region 27?

Very weak region. It looks like the seeding is gonna fall in our favor. We'd stay away from Danville possibly until the regional finals.

Good luck to Trimble in the first round of the playoffs regardless of who your matchup might be.

Oh, I'm sure Phil will be quite satisfied with the first round opponent that's behind the other door.

We know that one team will be playing a member of the Burr Oak Bowl game in week 11. Barring an act of God tomorrow night at Shade River Stadium, it looks like they'll be hanging a left at the light in New Lex for 13 South instead of a right for 93 South. All I know is one thing... there might be some nice bucks along the longer drive.

I agree. Can’t believe Miller is doing as well as they are this year. Glad to see that program back up and running well. In my opinion Danville is probably the favorite of the region. Their only two losses are to two teams that went undefeated. Lol.

Miller may get a bad draw with River

For just two dollars a month, you can symbolically adopt a Region 27 playoff team.

Call now and we’ll even send you an MSL-Cardinal plush toy!

Absolutely. I think our draw is a great one because we could avoid them will week 14, assuming we make it

I know it's probably one of the weaker if not the weakest region but that can't be controlled if you look at matchups though this region could give us some good games from week 1 on just a very balanced region. Outside of Danville I think you can see anything happen early on

If you go by Fantastic 50 team rankings , 5 of Danville's wins are better than any win the other 15 r27 playoff teams have combined.
