I expect Portsmouth to come out more focused for this one but Ironton may be too much.

Mistakes or not, Ironton is just too deep. Good luck, Trojans.

I look for Ironton to blow them out again then play Burg at Trojan Colosseum.

If Ironton can drop another 50 on the trojans that's 100 on em in 24.

Ironton will have to face Harvest Prep next not Burg if both teams win

Turnovers and penalties. If Ironton controls them they can beat anyone in d5

I’d like to think the Trojans will play better this go around. But it’s always tough to play at the Tank. Portsmouth isn’t nearly as deep as Ironton and they are dealing with some injuries on top of that unfortunately. Have to be more disciplined, can’t give a good team free yards, keep your composure. All the pressure is on Ironton, they are expected to win and keep winning. Portsmouth just needs to forget about week 10, come out and play football. Been a great season for the Trojans regardless of this outcome. I definitely think Portsmouth scores this time. Go Trojans!

Portsmouth won’t be giving away as many free yards as last time. Bigger problem for them was the inability to string drives together. Running game just wasn’t consistently picking up 5-10 yard chunks.

I actually like this game for Ironton. The familiarity and the rivalry should keep their focus.

This game will go as follows.

Portsmouth shows up with lots of posturing and chirping. .

Ironton punches Portsmouth in the mouth.

Portsmouth folds and gets another mercy rule hung on em.

Rinse. Repeat.

No discipline. No heart. No courage. Just a Lotta chirping and posturing.

Ironton destroyed portsmouth at the line of scrimmage. Too deep. Too strong. Too fast. Portsmouth runs outta gas.

The trojans poor conduct is a reflection of the LACK OF discipline and coaching ability in the program.

Running clock.

I would love a Trojan win but reality is it will be really hard. And Portsmouth will need to get more people involved. The entire first half except 1 play either went to Williams, Williams or Heiland. But it worked and Portsmouth won. I just think ironton will have players keyed on those kids. Whoever wins will prob get harvest prep and should be at waverly.

May as well. Chirping and posturing is the only thing they do well.

I’m honestly just kidding, I wasn’t aware they did that, but if they did that very distasteful.

Yep, this is a rivalry I expect stuff like this to happen. I’m sure both teams could do a lot worse things. lol
