Saturday 11/9 Miller at Steubenville Catholic Central
I really think Miller wins this one quite comfortably.
First two playoff wins in school history on back to back weeks.

Usually SCC's games are on 106.3 the River out of Steubenville.
But I'm watching it on youtube. Miller INT in end zone and returned to 30. still up 7-6

I am going to take a wild guess and say that this is the first time that Miller has played in a stadium where there is seating at the end of each end zone. It is going to take a half for them to figure out that they are playing on the same size field that they have always played on. After that, they should be fine.

Miller is definitely the better team in this matchup.

The irony is not lost that,
Central, a school with a soccer program = cannot (and will not) place-kick
Miller, a school without a soccer = can (and will) place-kick

That, is quite an astute observation and quite a valid point. Can't wait to see how this one plays out.

indeed that is very educated statement. Falcons looking good so far. That back that ran that TD. Is he a senior?

Never would've guessed that Miller would end up being the first MSL-Cardinal team to win in the Round of 32 since 2006.
Congrats to the Falcons.

I’m just waiting for you to stop saying Miller needs to go back to the TVCformerfcfan wrote: ↑Sat Nov 09, 2024 9:11 pm Never would've guessed that Miller would end up being the first MSL-Cardinal team to win in the Round of 32 since 2006.

Falcons win, falcons win. Congrats to the players and coaches who have worked hard for this for the past three seasons.

I've rinsed my hands of the MSL, so it doesn't matter to me anymore what conference the Falcons will play in down the line.Attack wrote: ↑Sat Nov 09, 2024 9:29 pmI’m just waiting for you to stop saying Miller needs to go back to the TVCformerfcfan wrote: ↑Sat Nov 09, 2024 9:11 pm Never would've guessed that Miller would end up being the first MSL-Cardinal team to win in the Round of 32 since 2006.
Congrats to the Falcons.
I will admit they have definitely proved me wrong across the board in all boys' sports + softball.
