So now you are saying that the two most successful small school coaches in the country have no idea how to develop players?Larry Fine wrote: ↑Sun Nov 24, 2024 9:00 pmTalk about not knowing how to develop players , sheesh. You’re doing a great job of recruiting for Ironton.RBH23 wrote: ↑Sun Nov 24, 2024 8:57 pmNo there hasn’t been. In the history of Burg football, only one player has played power 5 football at the college level. Burg simply doesn’t have kids at that talent level in football.Larry Fine wrote: ↑Sun Nov 24, 2024 8:44 pm
There has been plenty of Pirates the last 5-6 years who should’ve played D1 , too bad their coaches didn’t know how to get em there
Actually few small schools produce D1 athletes. Kirtland produces nearly zero! Same for Marion Local.
Of the teams remaining in D5, only IHS has D1 athletes.
Maybe you should wait until Pendelton at least wins his first before bashing the coaches that compete for and win the title nearly every year.
