In this state, school board members cannot be recalled.

The law for removal via recall in the Ohio Revised Code doesn’t extend to school board members. It sucks for sure.

It’s sucks because his constituents voted for him? You voted for him to be in that position, love with the decision. Bravo to the students standing up! After watching that video, I bet the people of Marietta will take their local elections more seriously. Again, how does someone like that get elected?

Lehman ran unopposed last year which is even worse imo and really validates your point. This situation is not something that arose over night.

WOW!!!!! Hey if Schob is available, he needs to head on to Logan and rebuild the Chiefs. I hope the next election cycle, Marietta wakes up! I wouldn’t be surprised if a charter school opens up in Marietta and really takes their funding.
