Huge difference in discipline in this one. ZT might struggle to score at times, but their defense in the 2nd half was very encouraging.

Agree. The ZT defense picked up in the second half. After the Pioneers got the lead, Circleville had to come out of their zone. Zane Trace could not figure out how to attack the zone in the first half which resulted in 15 first half points. The better team by far ended up with the win.

Wellston has a good combination of size, and perimeter play from an excellent group of underclassmen - Justin Jackson (jr) 19 pts scores at the rim (4 drives)/ scores on the blocks (2 fgs)/ can hit the 3 trey (1) while getting out in transition (1 transition bucket) - solid player ... Ryan Long (jr) came off the bench for 15 pts - 4 triples ... Wes Briggs (soph) tossed in 10pts including a pair of three balls , Devin Barnhill (jr)/Braxon Ingalls (fr)/ Owen Kilgour (soph) all underclassmen who will gain valuable varsity minutes/experience ... the Rockets will show an improved record this season, while being a solid contending team in the TVC in the coming seasons ...
