Warren vs Eastern W.

Warren came away with winning thirteen events with six counting for 84/36 difference. Warren won four categories (distance, field, hurdles and the relays. Warren looks to have plenty of girls out that will allow then with depth.

Eastern won one event. Depth didn't seem to be a problem with them having the full forty-two spots filled.

There were three ties (discus, shot put and 3200 meters). The one category Warren didn't win was the sprints where it was tied.

Wheelersburg vs Chillicothe

Wheelersburg wins eight events with three scoring 42/06. Burg won to Categories. See no problem with depth.

Chillicothe won six events and two categories. Two best events scored out to 28/12. Looks like Chillicothe could use some work in four events.

There were three ties (100 meters, 400 meters and the 300 hurdles. The relays came out a tie.

Athens vs Fairland

Athens won fourteen events with seven scoring out to 98/36. Athens won four categories. Athens could use some depth in the pole vault.

Fairland took two events and had their best two score out to 28/12.

The field events came out to a tie with two apiece and one tie.

Fayetteville vs Point Pleasant

Fayetteville won seven events with their four best events scoring out to 56/18. Fayetteville took three categories (distance, hurdles and sprints). Fayetteville had only twenty-two spots filled out of forty-two. 4x800, 4x200, high jump didn't have anyone.

Point Pleasant took six events with the three best scoring out 42/12.They took the field events for the only winning category. Point only filled 31 spots out of forty-two. With the meet down to five events had the lead 86/84 and was outscored 32/24 over the last four events. This was a sixteen-event meet.

Huntington vs Minford

Huntington won six events, and four events scored out to 59/18. Huntington took two categories. Huntington was short by five girls from fielding a full team.

Minford came away with winning eight events with their top three events scoring out 42/16. Minford had nine girls from fielding a full team. Minford also took one category (sprints)

The 3200 did not run. There were two ties 1600 meters, and the shot put. Two categories came out a tie (field and the relays).

West Union vs Notre Dame

West Union won nine events with two scoring out to 28/00. They took three categories (distance, field and hurdles). The participated 39 of a possible 42 positions. High jump could use another girl.

Notre Dame won five events with their best two scoring out at 28/10. Notre Dame took the sprints. Participated 31 of a possible 42 positions. Could use work in the 4x800, discus, shot put.

There were two ties 100 meters and the 400 meters. There was no pole vault.

Fort Frye vs Southeastern

Fort Frye took nine events with three coming out to a score of 42/18. Fort Frye won two categories (distance and relays). They covered 36 of 42 positions show they could use some help in the 4x200, 300 hurdles and the 100 hurdles.

Southeastern won seven events with shot put being their best with a score of 14/06. They were able to cover 36 of 42 positions show they need help in the 4x100 and pole vault. Southeastern was able to take the sprints winning the 100 meters and ties the other sprints.

There were three ties (400, 200 and the long jump).

Federal Hocking vs North Adams

Federal Hocking took twelve events with six scoring out to 84/36. They won four categories (distance, hurdles, relays and the sprints). With no pole vault Federal Hocking covered 39 of 40 positions.

North Adams won four events with their two best being discus and shot-put scoring out to 28/12. North Adams also covered 39 of 40 positions.

There were sixteen events. One category tie (field).

Fairfield vs Fairland

Fairfield took eight events with the top two scoring 28/12. They won three categories (field, relays and sprints). They covered 37 of 40 positions. With four events left Fairfield trailed by eight then outscored Fairland 48/26 to come back to get the win. Needs some depth in the 100 hurdles, high jump and the 300 hurdles.

Fairland won six events with their best being the discus that scored 14/06. They won the distance and the hurdles. Covered 38 of 40 positions. Could use some help in the high jump.

Only had sixteen events.
