Athens @ Belpre Monday Night

Athens (3-4) at Belpre (4-2).

Despite the records, and the Belpre home court, I'll take Athens by 12 in this game. I plan to watch the game. Anyone else interested in this one? Anyone else with a prediction?

Athens by 12 sounds about right, although I wouldn't be surprised if it ends up closer. The Eagles Nest can be a tough place to play and Belpre needs a bounce back after picking up losses to two very tough opponents in Meigs and Caldwell. Athens seems improved, but haven't heard much about them.

Interested to see how this one plays out with Marietta playing Belpre this Friday.

Belpre held a 10-point lead early in the second half but lost 58-54 to Athens. Appeared that the teams were evenly matched and played a similar style of basketball.
