In this area we have John C. Clark Oil, Marvin Gray & the Dealer Assn, Halzit trucking, & Burlyle Oil, all middlemen, for starters. Long as I can remember, gas has been about a dime per gallon cheaper in the Portsmouth area, including 'Burg & Lucasville. I guess they have a few less middlemen than the Hgtn area does.
