Re: Washington court house football
Kimling I believe gave two names in which one is being met with backlash from the board because they don't want Chuck back because of the issues he had when he was here the last time. The asking price is secondary with the teacher which I don't think has got that far as of now.

Pretty impressive display for a guy that I believe never won a league Championship and maybe won a a first round playoff game ( may b wrong on both). I guess I understand.

Guess you didn’t get the tongue and cheek sarcasm….just seems crazy some (including a few Board members) are pushing hard for a guy that just seemed to skirt the rules and now you have what sounds like your teaching staff up in arms.FightingFisherman61 wrote: Mon Feb 03, 2025 2:13 pmWhat do you mean by pretty impressive display?shoelace wrote: Mon Feb 03, 2025 1:56 pm Pretty impressive display for a guy that I believe never won a league Championship and maybe won a a first round playoff game ( may b wrong on both). It's being shared on FB now. The Record Herald (local newspaper in WCH) just announced there is a special board meeting tonight where the district is set to recommend him. Most people don't seem pleased with this announcement. Grumblings that proper notification of the meeting wasn't given either, so things could get even more intense/interesting.

The split goes about like this. If you are a person who cares more about building men of character and doing things the right way, you think this is a bad hire
If you care more about winning games... still losing to jackson and any team who is better than you..... you love the hire.
A lot of teachers not happy with the pay he will get. I hope the best for the program, and I hope they hold him accountable. I personally think they could have done better but I don't have to love with the decisions they make.

Pretty impressive that it was unanimous 5-0 decision. The off the field discipline the administration overlook shouldn't penalize the HC on the field. If they balk at discipline, I'm not penalizing the player. They need to do their jobs, they are his boss. On the field discipline is a fine line of playing with emotions and cheap shots or other antics. Different levels of how people see discipline. People don't realize the time and his own money Chuck spent taking players on college visits, taking them to camps, and the student-athletes he helped extend their education and football careers. Good luck Coach Williamson and Go Blue Lions!

So that makes it ok to cover up several police incidents, zero discipline etc.? Horrible hire!First and Goal wrote: Fri Feb 07, 2025 6:56 pm Pretty impressive that it was unanimous 5-0 decision. So glad nobody cares about what you have to say! Was that grammatically correct enough? Also I have read your post for years all you do is bad math the program. So get over it and deal with that Chuck is back.

I was wondering when we would hear from you Jose. Seems as if your arch nemesis has returned to CH. I can't wait to see all of your biased comments about the coach again this year. Let the misery for Jose begin and Go Blue Lions!

Jose, you missed my point. What I'm saying is if I'm not forced by Admin, board or even legal system to tie my hands, why would I sit a player? They can force his hand to suspend, sit or even dismiss players which was done a couple times when he was there the first time.jose wrote: Sun Feb 09, 2025 6:18 pmSo that makes it ok to cover up several police incidents, zero discipline etc.?
