So it is Dalton Plumber? And his only experience is at the peewee level?

Was he not a HS assistant last year? Plenty of coaches getting jobs without Head coaching experience, SV,SG,RV,GA last year and Carter prior to him. Just a few local teams, sure there are plenty more. Just saying!

Too much tradition at GA to keep running coaches off or hiring a new one every other year. This isn't St. Edward. State titles every year aren't expected. What is expected is a competitive team that plays hard, plays physical, and plays disciplined football. I'm hoping this coach gets a real chance to build something.
Has the new coach actually been officially announced yet? The only thing I’ve seen is “Dalton Plumber a peewee coach.” Is that accurate? Or is it still double top secret?
I'm not sure, but once the coach is hired, the powers that be need to let him coach instead of playing politics in the community.

Best look twice about puppet coaching !!! Look at the program now what a mess, with SG right down the road small division easier to advance in the playoffs !! Plus know politics ?

Plus if you advance into late rounds come playoff time more college scouts could be around and maybe a free college education which costs a lot of money these days!! Never Know? only have one high School career any way you look at it ?

Agree with your earlier statement Geronimo. Spot on. Completely disagree with the college football statement. Gallia county is a terrible football county. Poorly ran youth leagues and constant turnover of coaches at the high school level, at all 3 schools. If a player wants to get recruited they need to go to Ironton. College scouts aren’t coming to any of the 3 schools in Gallia county.

I have heard former OC Jared Mcclellen is coming back to coach the offense and former all state Academy player Tommy Saunders is coaching the defense. Throw them in with Vanco and king and that’s not too shabby of a staff.

It’s interesting to me that no one will give the name of the new coach on here. Are you all that ashamed? Or have you been sworn to secrecy? Also, no one seems too sure about his coaching experience, other than he coached at the lower peewee level. So, I’ll ask again, what is the new coach’s name and what coaching experience does he have?

They’re so bad no one cares enough to say who’s coaching them. Whoever it is I just hope he’ll nut up and play the Bulldogs. But I doubt it.

My sources say they are having serious second thoughts now for various reasons. Not the least being the influencers not wanting to relinquish control over the program. Apparently a puppet regime is what they want to continue. Anything short of that is a deal breaker.
