Kayser 24.2 ppg on the season ... every game 2 almost 25 pt scorers - at this point guaranteed over the course of 20 games vs every opponent ... when Shoe gets 8+ points it's a bonus ... when everyone else kicks in transition points or putback buckets - a bonus ... any 3 point buckets from Glockner/Shoemaker a bonus .. IF MM & Kayser & Shoe get their season avg. 58 pts are in TEAM's pocket ... if the rest of the complementary players just play the game - get the extras (shots in transition/a couple putbacks/a couple 3's from anyone not named Montgomery or Kayser) Minford is in the high 60's to low 70's ... averaging 71 ppg as a team... the Falcons play Defense ... giving up only 48.4 ppg on the season .... hard for a team to score, only 2 times all season has a team scored above 60 points (Ironton 68 a Minford win 79-68 ... Warren 71 pts in a 71-69 Minford loss)

... in the losses both Minford and Fairland seemed to say "we're going to keep Roberts in the gym ... he's going to get his BUT we are going to make life difficult for everyone else to put points on the napkin stat sheet" ... South Webster on the season averaging 63.1 ppg on offense vs giving up only 46.3 ppg defensively vs all teams over the course of 20 games ... in the 2 games they have lost :

... the GUYS/DUDES for each team - we count on "getting theirs' " ... it comes down to the "bonus points" where the game will be won or lost based on the numbers ... the guys who "get theirs" when playing vs lesser teams ... in the BIG game(s) these are the difference makers in the big games ... Who steps up and get's the bonus points for either team? more than likely THEY will be the "difference" in the game tonight ...

Mault is a plus defender, but in the 2 losses for SW has only contributed 1 point. If they can find a replacement on the defensive end, they’ll likely be able to on offense.

I think McClintoc can fill that spot no problem. Obviously Mault has a lot more experience in his 3rd year as a varsity starter. But they have about the same level of intensity on defense and McClintoc is more of a threat offensively. It will hurt to not have that extra player off of the bench though

Shupert and Barnard will have to show up big in this one for the Jeeps to pull out the W. Minford held Shupert to just 1 point the last game. I don't think that will happen again. This is the last game for these seniors to play on their home court, should be playing with a different intensity tonight.
However, there's a rumor lingering that the Jeeps will be down a starter tonight due to illness, can anyone confirm? If so Stephens and McClintic will both have to step up big for the Jeeps.

It is confirmed, Mault for the Jeeps is out tonight. Might hurt the Jeeps, but will still hang around. Barnard, Shupert, and Stephens will need to combine for about 26 points. Gonna be a good one!

They'll probably have to combine for more than that, probably closer to 35-40 more than likely and Roberts will have to get his 20+ as well. Minford's D is pretty good at slowing teams down though. But if the Jeeps can somehow limit Montgomery and Kayser to a combined 50 points or less, they'll have a chance to pull it off. But they can't let the Falcons' role players put up very many points. Tough task for the Jeeps. It'll come down to who wants it more... However it should be a great game and atmosphere for these kids, and I expect both of them to make a tournament run into each divisions Final 4.

Yeah I would say the Jeeps have had a good year they still have the legendary Norm Persin and their record is 18-2.
