Thank you sir for the information. You did what no one else would do, including those who claim to be supporting him. Congrats coach Jarrell. I’ll say that I wish you well but caution you that your most supposed strident supporters wouldn’t even give your name, so be careful.FrostBite42 wrote: Tue Feb 18, 2025 9:41 am Dalton Jarrell is his name. Everyone who hurt feelings should have their posts deleted. There’s no place for opinions when they hurt feelings.FrostBite42 wrote: Tue Feb 18, 2025 9:41 am Dalton Jarrell is his name. Hes been a varsity assitant coach for several years now while also coaching ELKS League 3 & 4 th graders.

Who cares what the day job of the head coach is? The coach I learned the most from worked at a steel mill. Good luck to the new coach.
Contemplating all life choices and loyalties…

They could make him a job as a full time AD like a few other schools do. I hear there isn’t any education requirements for an AD, and they pay them administration pay for that job on top of the supplemental for coaching.OVC wrote: Wed Feb 19, 2025 10:56 am Who cares what the day job of the head coach is? He related to Wes and Wade? GA could definitely use a shot in the arm from some familiar faces. Have to imagine Wade could call a decent offense, with being a 3 or 4 year varsity starter at QB.

Same, dude. What GA needs more than anything else is a guy who can get the kids to come out for football. Much as I hate to say it, soccer is killing football at GA. XC takes a few speedsters who could make a real difference at WR/DB on Friday nights too.
Have to wonder if my uncle will let his son kick on Fridays (he's a soccer kid who loves football. Plays soccer because Uncle didn't want his son dealing with the long term effects of concussions like he did. Some of you guys might know him on here. All State in football at OHHS back in 2001 or 2002. Briefly coached 8th grade here at GA, then coached a season at OH at the varsity level.)
