Heard them boys has had D1 training them in the weight room. Thats why they shoot so well. He has them squattin till ther rhoids hit the floor. Wish all the programs at Meigs would let him build monsters in the weight room like he did for football. Thats why they won this year.

Prep could shoot the ball well and a ton of size most bigger than meigs from what i could see, looked like meigs used the scrimmage to run more set plays than normal rather than just shooting. Both looked really good in my honest opinion if vance continues his dominance in the paint and davis plays around the hoop like he did tonight allowing shooters like gheen and brinager to run the three point line this team could be a whole new monster in tournament play compared to regular season

Good stuff !!! … I like the sound of discipline in this scrimmage type game … Gheen and Brinager are as good from behind the arc as you will find … Vance is as strong in the paint as anyone - and he has a nonstop motor … Carson can do it all … playing the game from inside out makes MHS extremely dangerous… I like what you posted tvcfanatic ! I WANT this team to make a big post season run!

I believe so not sure though, meigs had one more scrimmage available for the year and had a 11 day break where they had gotten the 1 seed so they picked it up just to run set plays and stay warm, no real desire to go out and win exactly just wanted some competitive ball to keep the limbs loose
