I am glad others see how the mods are effectively ruining the site per their bias and inability to manage their emotions

Below is a dm I received


"You're wasting your time arguing with the mod.

They're clearly not capable of recognizing when a thread is going off the rails or someone is simply trolling and stopping it. The mod you're debating with is acting like they have no idea how the threads went off the rails, when I asked days ago why they were allowing the same posters to make the same threads over and over and repeat the same points. He said he has a day job and doesn't have time, but all of a sudden has time now.

Meanwhile he's complaining about two people insulting one another, while insulting others and allowing the same poster to continue doing the same crap. Burg's response to you was that it had to be me. I have 1000000 other things to do in the day than to complain to a mod of a site I rarely visit.

The burg poster has 200 posts and the majority of them have come in the last month complaining about all things Ironton. The dude is probably some 20 some kid who has no idea about anything outside of his hometown.

I appreciate you taking the mod to task, but it's futile."

I have gotten more than a few of these dms thanking me for hilighting the mods hypocrisy and inability to manage his personal emotions.

Why are you making noise about the mods? Are you trying to get another one of your user names banned?

The mods are quite clear on what can get you banned/suspended from the site. All you have to do is read the guidelines. If you don’t like what you read, then start your own site.

If you don’t like a conversation or topic, then simply ignore it. If you don’t like what a person is saying, then mark them as “foe.”

This response is emotion based and unfortunately that is the only metric being utilized as a mod.

Used to be anytime there was an argument in the football forum by the end of it would undoubtedly be between Ironton and Burg posters, even if the OP had nothing to do with either school. It’s great to a South Webster fan joining in the fun. This kind of stuff is one of the few reasons I ever visit the site. Now to grab some popcorn

I am not a moderator, so I can’t speak for them. However, this is not rocket science.

For starters, don’t say anything racist, sexist, homophobic, etc. Don’t mock or call out specific players. Don’t make fun of dead coaches. Don’t make misogynistic comments.

Under numerous user names, you’ve done most of the above. I even received a warning just for responding to one of your over the top moments. Do the above enough, and you will get suspended or banned. And you have done it more than anyone on this site.

This is not difficult. And if you find it to be, just start your own board instead of whining on this one.

I love it that you Burg guys are getting back in there. Looks like a few Burgers joined by a SW guy v. one Ironton guy. Keep it going guys, this is getting good. And just like any other thread that turns into an argument you guys have taken it over

You had one good year @798924 with the Terry kid. He was a game changer and nobody can deny that. It is like in 2017 when we won the state, we had several game changers. We don’t keep bringing up those scores, because we know Ironton had some bad years. It is good for both programs to be competitive.

BTW… wherever you went to school, you have spent more time learning to spell “atheletes” correctly.
