I wonder how long it will be before they admit they are raising it just to be raising it? Exxon has to top that 36 billion from last year or they will show they are losing money!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
