Area Gas Prices?

Thanks for the applause O & B and while I am at it I noticed that all 6 stations I checked in Portsmouth Ohio were selling at $2.58 per gallon. What are the odds that everyone just happens to have the same overinflated prices. After the elections are over we need to start contacting the newly elected officials and requeset this be investigated.

Ignert1, you really think the newly elected officials will do anything different about gas prices around here? Elected officials have had years to do something and nothing has never been done. Much is always said but nothing is ever DONE. It is past time the people in this area do something about it. And the best thing to do is buy your gas at the lowest price. If you are out of the area a lot buy it then if not then buy it at the lowest price within the area. Some can use Kroger Cards. If you buy your food at Kroger you get 20 cent of at their pumps. I have seen gas as much as 20 to 25 cent difference in a distance of just a couple of miles. Drive the little extra and buy the cheaper product. The other station will drop the price if they dont sell the product. Drivers in this area have been getting SC...ed for many years and its time we do something about it!!!!

At the 52 end of Rt 140 at JJ's gas was 2.59 last night. Couple of miles up the road at Gamp's it was 2.35. Travel on up 140 to South Webster gas is 2.18. One road, one county, .41 cents cheaper!!!!
