Nearly 800 civilians working in Iraq under contract to the Pentagon have been killed and more than 3,300 wounded.The U.S. has outsourced so many duties normally done by the military that there now are nearly as many contractors (120,000) as U.S. troops.(135,000) in the war Zone.
