Three teams from the OVC have made the playoffs before. Early 00's, Chesapeake, Fairland, and Rock Hill I believe.

Bait, Coal Grove didn't make the playoffs this year.YOU'RE TIGER BAIT wrote:I agree as well. probably a bigger surprise to me was that in the first year with Portsmouth and ironton added to the OVC. 3 teams made the playoffs. ironton, coal grove and Chesapeake. they all 3 lost. but hey-- that's never happened. and the French city blue devils begin OVC play next season.Poo Bear wrote:Agree on bothThe Oaf wrote:Surprises:

I watched NY last year in the playoffs against Valley. They played great and from what everyone was telling me, NY was sophomore heavy that year.

I was pleased with the eastern eagles 1st year in the books. had one of the top rushers in the area and he did it in 8.5 games. we have hired a new dc for the next year coach Horton has stepped away from the program I look for the sophomore campaign to be better. some teams don't win any games the first couple years when they start a program up and we had 3 our first year of varsity can't be upset with that.
