lawyers for an elderly California man are suing his nursing home,claiming that a rat crawed into their clients mouth and died there. The Paragon Gardens facility in Mission Viejo denies the allegations, claiming that the animal was only a field nouse and that Sigmund Bock,90, was merely found holding it.Bock's lawyers, however,cite the report by paramedics,which notes 'possible ingestion of rat poison" and includes the damning phrase "found in room in care facility with dead rat in mouth."

Passengers on a recent trans-Atlantic flight were unimpressed by the impromptu dance stylings of Heather Mills.Fresh from appearing on ABC's Dancing With the Stars,the soon-to-be-ex-wife of Paul McCartney was flying to London when the entertainment system on the Virgin Atlantic flight broke down.Mills who has an artificial leg,tried to lift the mood by performing a fox trot in the aisles.But when the performance finished, no one clapped, said a passenger. it was totally embarrassing for everyone for Virgin: It was not our captain's idea.
