Followed by a trip to the gym
then at night time my weekly trip to lancster to roll the ball down the lanes. Some call it bowling but I will not use the term with the way my scores have been all season.

dentist, oats for breakfast at Peddlers, long nap and then heading north to the Burg with RRR and the Sanitation Engineer to watch the freshmen play.....and then ordering a pizza for delivery and some cold pop to go with it....
