VC only looses 3 from there top 7 rotation(Allbright, Woods and Barnett I think). Next year should be another "reload" year for them.Poo Bear wrote:What grade is Lutz in ?Raider6309 wrote:Be interesting how Athens ends the season. As of right now. If Fairfield Union wins out to the draw, I'd seed them first at Logan.

Southeastern
1. Unioto, 2. Washington CH, 3. Miami Trace, 4. Circleville, 5. Chillicothe, 6. Waverly, 7. Greenfield, 8. Hillsboro, 9. Jackson

Re: Division 2 Sectional Records
Like always, this is a pretty competitive sectional. 1-7 all pretty good teams. Even Marietta beat (12-4) Alexander by 20 earlier in the year.
There will be no 'gimmies' at Logan - opening night will be interesting, as will the championship games.
4 of the 9 teams in pfloyds top 10.
7 of the 9 teams in pfloyds top 25.

Where was that game? We all know that Alex is a much different road team than they are at home. Main reason why they struggle come tournament time. But in the Alley, watch out!

Have to agree with your rankings. Vinton should roll Marietta but all the rest are toss up games at Loganbman wrote:As of right now. If Fairfield Union wins out to the draw, I'd seed them first at Logan.

Yea, but that's not good. They won't face each other, duh.danicalifornia wrote:Well the Southeastern Sectional has 2 of pfloyd's top 2!

Re: Division 2 Sectional Records
Bman.......... Fairfield Union plays 15 - 1 St Charles this week and they still have Bloom twice and Circleville on the road......so I don't see them coming close to winning out.

But they do on Saturday!! Fun fact: Unioto's last regular season loss was in December 2013 at Washington. That's where Saturday's game will be.93Bulldog wrote:Yea, but that's not good. They won't face each other, duh.danicalifornia wrote:Well the Southeastern Sectional has 2 of pfloyd's top 2!

Also, there are 5 of the top 21 at SE. So it won't be easy for Unioto or Washington. Just it won't be as absurd for the 2 and 3 in their opening games.

Warren will be seeded before Meigs watch and see. History of the program will see to that.

I would agree with that. St. Charles will be a difficult game. I look for Carroll and Fairfield to split. Circleville game is after the draw, I believe.

Three TVC teams in the sectional can buck that trend. Seeding is about voting - not history.PTownhoops wrote:Warren will be seeded before Meigs watch and see. History of the program will see to that.

Athens is (8-2) in its last 10 games, including wins over (13-4) Alexander and at (13-2) Vinton County.
