Game is at VC with Athenss78 officiating, that has to make you comfortable

VC announcers are two of the best....2x in the last minute of regulation VC got huge calls go their way and as they tied it in OT with under a minute left. The fans didn't sound happy but you'd hear that everywhere.

Yes, I've always enjoyed them, and they were fun to listen to tonight! Have to love what internet radio has done for the High School sports fan. And I'm thankful for the Double OT JV game that allowed me to catch the Warriors live and this gem on the air tonight.

What station were you tuned into? Didn't think the VC announcers radio station affiliation was available for live streaming. Good to know but curious which station it was for future reference.

See where GAHS boys led Warren Local at halftime, score was tied 40-40 going into 4th period but Warren Local won 63-53. How did frosh and JVs do? Also, anyone have Jackson, Logan or any other scores for tonight?

Portsmouth Trojans with a HUGE win tonight handing Chesapeake their first home loss to sweep the Panthers in both regular season games. Ky"re Allison continues to put points on the board finishing with 27 points a few assist and a couple big rebounds. Kendall Renolyds had 14, Eathan Leanord 13 and Reese Johnson had at leasr 9 , hitting two 3s and also bumping and fighting tooth and nail with Meadows down in the paint Johnson has really stepped up to help out with the rebounds and defense to take over from losing Alex Dickerson from last year , and when we can get 8 to 10 points out of him it will help the team a lot.

Trojan Defense has really stepped up and played very well in the last few games , and this is the beat time of year to start playing, hats off to the coaches it took a few games to figure out who was going to be our other two starters and we finaly have about 4 kids that can come off the bench and be a factor.

I didn't see the freshmen game, but was told it went to OT with Warren winning 39-38. The lady who sat beside me (from GA) was torqued that GA moved two freshmen up to varsity, where one didn't play at all and the other played 1 minute while the freshmen team played with 5 guys and several in foul trouble.
