Adena at Unioto will be an early start tonight. JV starts at 5. It will be on WKKJ out of Chillicothe, which is on iHeart radio.

Paint Valley at Westfall. PV is playing better, but haven't gotten in the win column for a while, Westfall needs to bounce back after a letdown on Friday. Still can get a good seed.

Unioto 75
Adena 49

I was a little concerned about how the Shermans would come out tonight after the emotional win on Saturday, but those worries were wiped out pretty much immediately as they jumped out to a 9-0 lead to start the game. They led 18-6 after 1, 35-22 at the half. Adena cut it down to 10 a couple of times, but Sawyer Lovely hit 2 big 3s near the end of the 3rd to keep the lead at the end of 3. Unioto pulled away to reach the final outcome.

Logan Swackhammer set a new Unioto record with 14 assists. Only 2 Shermans were in double figures (Hosley 17, Wheeler 13) and had 11 players score. Unioto wins their 3rd straight SVC Championship.

Adena drops to 12-6, was led by Jonathan Thomas with 15. He's closing in on 1500 career points and is about to enter the Top 10 in SVC History.

Westfall 74
Paint Valley 62

Westfall jumped out 26-4 after a quarter, but PV didn't quit, they were able to tie it at 43 in the 3rd quarter. But, the Mustangs didn't get down and were able to build the lead back up and get a big home win. They will face the Aces of Amanda Clearcreek tomorrow night, looking to go to 12-6 as their record going into the draw. PV will be a tough out in the tournament, with Dylan Swingle (23 and 14 tonight) and Anthony McFadden, they have a solid 1-2 punch and have some shooters. In the right matchup, I could see them getting a W or 2 in the second season.

Miami Trace 80
Clinton Massie 75

Deandre Pettiford led the Panthers with 29, Darby Tyree had 21. MT is going to be real tough next season, with their top 4 players returning.

Yep, Eastern played very well. Slow down and very good defence. Indians missed several free throws end of 4 th quarter. Well earned victory for the Warriors.

congrats to Ironton on the win at Portsmouth , Davis went offn in the 3rd period as Ironton went up 15, the Trojans fought back to within 4 but the 15 point lead was just to big to overcome.

The Trojans have 3 more games this week so all you can do is pick yourself up and get ready for coal Grove tomorrow night the coaches will make sure you learn from this loss im sure.

I seen someone say kratzenburg was out for this game, but Ironton was also without their big man Webb and Bryant tonight.

I dont predict on here much but ,Im will to say I look for the Trojans to win these next 3 games this week, and yes ,even a win AT Fairland.
8-)
