Do you want recipes?
Here's a good one.
HONEY MUSTARD CHICKEN
2 TBSP spicy brown mustard
2 TBSP honey
2 TBSP oil
1 TBSP lemon or lime juice
1 tsp dried dill weed
Salt and pepper to taste
Whisk together.
Dredge chicken pieces [will do about 4 pieces] in sauce and refrigerate for a while [30 minutes or so] to marinate.
Then [take your choice]: grill them, or place on lightly oiled baking pan and bake in 350 oven for 20-30 minutes, or place in lightly oiled skillet and fry over medium heat 10 minutes or so per side.
I think this would work well with pork chops, too, but I've only used it on chicken.
