Peebles vs Clay Sectional Championship

Awful big game here for no talk! I feel whichever team wins can play with Trimble. This one is a hard game to pick!

Have not seen Peebles or Trimble play this year. Both seem to be solid teams and should be good basketball. Hope the Clay boys come ready to play.

Peebles and Trimble were both in the Regionals last year losing to Harvest Prep and Afrocentric . Both teams have players who have played on the big stage. I think Peebles is prepared to play well. Should be a fun game Tuesday. Two good teams with the same vision. Look forward to the one and done.

Gordley ,Arey,Ryan, and Kremins all played in last year's District and Regional games for Peebles. I think Trimble has three players back this year who played in the regional games too. Both teams have good players . I'm sure Clay also has some great players too. Can't wait to see who moves on to the Convo.

I think Peebles inside game and controlling the boards could be big in this game! Peebles has to defend the perimeter well, and if they do the Indians will win by 10!

Well I definitely don't think that Clay is against the odds in this one. It should be an even game as both teams are good and either can win. I myself have to choose Clay in this one by 7 points. If King goes for 30 as I also think he will then Clay wins the game.

Peeble's defense is way to good for King to drop 30. The Indians win by 13 tonight. Clay seems to struggle against tough man to man defense.

We need King, Hinze, Gilliland, Riffe and Williams to each go for 10-20. Not saying King at 30 would not be good, but a balanced attack would be better. Will come down to the shots falling. I believe Clay struggled against man to man because of a lack of screens. I would have made sure a couple defenders this year got a good slobber jaw screen. Just the way you ease that tight man to man over full court. Expect a close competitive game, just have to wait and see.
