South Gallia vs Southern
Re: South Gallia vs Southern
Should be South Gallia in a landslide.
This side of the TVC was very bad.

South Gallia. Although Southern (whom I'd like to see win) is improving, the cold streaks they have shooting will be their downfall. Hope SG goes far.

Are you referring to the Hocking as being bad? If so you haven't watched much. It's been pretty competitive. Sure there are a couple teams on the down, but what conference doesn't have those?bbjunky81 wrote:Should be South Gallia in a landslide.

I've watched several TVC teams on that side, and yes I stand by my statement.tomcat fan wrote:Are you referring to the Hocking as being bad? If so you haven't watched much. Eastern Meigs is down.
Southern is down.
Fed Hock is down.
Wahama is down.
Miller isn't great.
Belpre is OK
Waterford is good but young and not great
South Gallia is good but not great (they graduated Greer)
Trimble is good but after Jenkins/Guthrey they're not great, but they're solid and Howie obviously does a tremendous job with them.
So yes, the league is way down.
Compare it to the SOC 1 or SOC 2, where both have 5-6 very solid teams apiece (out of 8).
The other side of the TVC is very good (VC, Meigs, Alexander, Wellston etc).

Trimble, Waterford, and SG would hold there own against those 4 from the Ohio. Isn't Minford in the SOC? Trimble beat them by like 20bbjunky81 wrote:I've watched several TVC teams on that side, and yes I stand by my statement.tomcat fan wrote:Are you referring to the Hocking as being bad? Valley also beat Trimble, and Minford beat Valley twice.
South Webster, Clay, Wheelersburg, Waverly, Notre Dame all beat South Point. South Point then beat South Gallia by 15+.
Teams are determined by more than just one game.

Rematch of a year ago.
Shs lost Wolfe
SGhs lost Greer
Southern got the upset last year.
I look for a different result this time.

SG might have lost Greer but they have Hutchinson brothers, Ehman and Drenner. I think they'll be fine.
Rebels on 3.....1-2-3 REBELS!!!!
Re: South Gallia vs Southern
Drenner has stepped his game up big time in the second half of the season. He alters aloe of shots down low.
