Trimble (19-3) vs Clay (17-5) - DIV district semi-final

How do you guys suppose these teams will match up? Haven't seen Trimble play this year, so not much of an educated opinion can be made by me

The key is for Guthrie to stay out of foul trouble.He is a big part of offense and defense.As for the big court no problem for Trimble they play on the only full size court in the hocking division.They play a fast push the ball pace,pressing full and half court.Kids are in great shape.Jenkins played the whole game plus 3 OT's against Belpre not coming out that's being in shape.They play 9 maybe 10 kids to keep pressure on you not like last year only going 7 deep.They may not have the size they did last year but they have the speed and more players to get after the ball.They have played in 6 big league games and 2 non conf.games this year beating Minford bye 20 and playing Valley close for 3 QT's and this not the first being in the Convo either so the brite lights and big stage will not be a problem for the cats.Good luck Cats Monday night.Tomcat Pride.

4 of Clay's starters played on the big floor, bright lite and big stage last year in the district. Do not see that being a problem. Break the press a couple times and score easy baskets would be a great start to the game. The clay kids are in good shape as several games at least 3 never came out of the game ,most of the time 4 play the entire game. Sounds like defending a rebounding a big key in this one. Hope no one has foul trouble and the game decided by the kids. Hate referee discussion for reason or excuses about games. Good luck to the underdog panthers. Time to surprise again.
