I myself cannot wait for this game! It will be an exciting day in Panther Land as our A-Team will be playing in the turf bowl at Joan C. Edwards Stadium and then the high school playoff game. I would love to see the Panther faithful travel well and support all of our student athletes. Their hard work is paying off and we should be there every step of the way to cheer them on. Best of luck to Valley but GO PEAKE!!!

That type of dominance still lands you 2nd in the SOC. Minford lost to Waverly....

 :?: What does 1st, 2nd, 3rd, etc. in the SOC have anything to do with this game? That is a stupid remark. Hope you didn't waste much time thinking that up.

Don't worry about their stupid crap boys. And don't go over to the Wheelersburg post and say anything either.
That's all this last week has been. They want to bring up stuff from 40 years ago and 12 years ago.
Just take the high road and let them run their mouths.
That says more than a response.

This is about the Valley Chesapeake game.
Chesapeake is a good team. And it will take all we have to beat them.

I THINK VALLEY IS THE MORE COMPLETE TEAM AND THE FAVORITE. BUT HOPING CHESY PULL OUT A BIG PANTHER VICTORY.

Thanks for that. And as hard as it is for me to say this, I'm pulling for Ironton this week. Evening planning to come and watch Friday night and if I can find a seat on the Visitor Section, sitting right there. And I'm sure there will be other Panther Fans pulling for Ironton and Rock Hill this week. Go OVC!
hey man that's what it is now. we gotta stick together.

hoss I think if anybody is running their mouth on the ironton/burg thread. I'd have to give that nod to the burg folks. in fact very few ironton posters are even posting. we're just glad to be there, and hope to mess up somebodie's Friday night. we done this a time er 3.

Yea, it's childish really...I said "Burg is great" and one of them said "and has been for the last 40+ years" like it's a college or NFL team...so you've been the overall best in a terrible area for football, with ONE state title, and yes I know...."it's ONE more than you", congrats.

Moving on....this should be a GREAT game, looking forward to it.

Yea, a bunch of ignorance. I for one am a Valley groupie. I believe. It is great that Burg won the SOC, but now, it doesn't matter. Finishing second in the SOC is no joke. It just means you have been challenged through and through. Good luck to the Indians on Saturday night.

Really? just stopping by to read some posts and valley posters salty about a burg poster. Who fired the fireworks after winning the SOC? Who had special t shirts made? Trifecta, I believe it was. I don't recall any " special shirts" made after back to back over the tribe. Then I read after the saltiness, we will see who goes further. I hope valley goes far and represents the area well.

So, Wheelersburg has never had SOC champions shirts made?? Never had playoff shirts made?? I find that hard to believe..
