Favorite 80's Songs

Post by dukiees1 »

I'm a huge fan of the 80's music and was just wondering what some of everyone's favorite's were?

"I Ran" by A Flock of Seagulls (maybe my favorite song ever)

"Melt with You" by Modern English (this, too, may be my favorite song ever)

"Take on me" by A Ha

"Kiss" by Prince

Pretty much anything off of Michael Jackson's "Thriller" album

AC/DC stuff

Queen stuff

The list goes on and on....

Hands down - "Switching to Glide" - by The Kings, a Canadian Band. True 80's fans (or those who somewhat had their wits about them back then) will recognize the song, and the band. One of my all time favorite songs EVER... 8)

How can you guys forget about the Rocky IV Soundtrack. Coming to America by James Brown,Eye of the Tiger by Survivor. Oh yeah where's all the Ironton faithful not throwing Rock N Roll Part II by Gary Glitter on here?
