Is Ironton using different counts? Sounds like Wheelersburg is timing the snap count and crashing the line, you'd think the coaches would have them varying the count.

NO it's a run game that isn't doing anything sadly.
Wheelersburg is to quick to run all over need to spread them out more.

first turnover, that's not going to help Ironton's chances. They needed a complete perfect game to have a chance

Well, fumbles when you're running the ball through big hole will not fare well for a good outcome.
Hang tough Tigers!

The frustration known as Ironton football: They possess the talent to be a really good football team but run an offense that requires efficiency, execution and discipline and they possess none of those 3 traits.

I really wish we would stop with the T formation and get with the future, this town is stuck in "tradition" and nothing changes.

Jackson pleasant (sophomore) for Ironton with 3 awesome tackles on D. A replacement for the injured tiger seniors.

Either switch to the spread or become disciplined...the T formation can be successful (very successful even) in high school (Burg copied it from Ironton and still runs it also) but not with fumbles, holding calls and personal foul penalties.

So true.
I could start a topic I should not, but it needs to be talked about @ a later date.

IHS showed promise in first drive only.

3 straight 3 & outs with no progression leads to great field position & quick strikes if the norm continues.
