Benny Ewing at Meigs
man of sorrows; tolar is a very good player but he will play outside the post. he is NOT a center and even if he is playing the 4 he will not be in the post he is far too valuable shooting 3's. if you know anything about meigs basketball, and i think you do, you already know this and are just trying to argue.
Re: i'll try
judging by this i would say this is his dad??fasteach wrote:will is a junior. he needs more playing time. can play but needs to focus on offence. he rebounds well and has a huge wingspan. has a good shot actually better away from the basket. rarely shoots in a game.needs to use his strenths in his game instead of covering his weaknesses. could be really good.
or an ex coach may even be some relation to austin dunfee's or dam wise and zach whilatch
jms i worry about you sometimes
by the waydo you know jeremy smith?

6 4 maybe these kids arent that big, Chris can be a decent player but i dont think he is going to be taking a lot of shots during a game beside rebounds. He played well as a trash player and getting his shots off of effort and hustle. I would say there is going ot be a lot of out side shots and drives along with lay ups

We all know, the best coaches are not always the best players!
From watching the scrimmage against trimble, It appeared that Meigs coaching staff seem to be molding their team well! From what I hear, the boys were a little shell-shocked because of the demand of hard work and discipline that is expected of them. They were not used to it! I think these kids are tired of losing and want to win. Good for them! GO MEIGS!

Although this is Coach Hawley's first official coaching gig, he has some coaching experience with young kids in baseball, basketball, and football.
However, why does it matter that he doesn't have much experience? Everyone has to start somewhere. Plus, he knows the game and is great with kids so I'm sure he'll be fine.

I guess it doesn't matter unless you prefer a more experienced assistant coach. I'm certain Shawn will do a fine job.

"I just hope that it doesn't victimize Benny like it has so many others in the past."
Are you saying you hope that having an inexperienced asst. coach doesn't victimize Benny? If so and it does, it would be his own fault since he's the one who personally chose Coach Hawley (but I don't think it will).
Or are you saying you hope the "Meigs Board of Education 3 ring circus" doesn't victimize Benny?
