I personally think it is insane to be talking about Russell, winning regions and making the state game. nothing is more important this week than beating burg. we cannot look at any other possibilities but that right now, and stay focused on the task at hand.

I know it's off topic. but recently I switched from directv to time warner. because of already having phone and internet through them. I've set some games to record this week. and I've been trying to find out what channel Lancaster/Columbus desales is on in the waverly area. if you have any idea please let me know. god bless you , n thank you in advance.

Sorry, but I am calling BS on the 4.4 time.

Braxton Miller ran a 4.5 at the NFL Combine, there were very few forty times that were "sub" 4.5 at the combine from some very good players.

Is it possible this kid ran a 4.4? Sure I guess, but I know how these forty-time legends go and get spun.

A 4.65 to 4.75 is scooting for most local HS athletes, in fact true 40-times of a lot of the better HS players are barely under 5.0 truth be told.

I will believe it when I see it.
I agree 100%, one of the fastest RB's I can remember at Ironton was Jermon Jackson in the 90's. Jermons 40 at Ohio State was a 4:56. I've seen this kid run and he's every bit as fast as him. He reminds me a lot of Jermon with a little more size.
High school 40 yard dashes are timed from the time the runner begins to move to the time any body part touches the line. College 40 yard dashes are from the time a runner begins to move to the time his whole body crosses over the line. It is approximately a tenth of a second difference. That is also the way the Pro's do their 40 yard dashes. The kid in junior high broke a state record at Ohio State for his age division in the 100 meter. Last season, he was one of the top backs in Atlanta, Ga. He is being recruited by numerous schools including South Carolina. He ran two 4.4 40's within ten minutes of each other Friday. He has the speed and his highlight reel from last year is sweet.
Can we get a link to this highlight reel?

I have searched high and low and can't find it anywhere.

I guess reading comprehension surpassed you in school. Where does it say anything about, so many guys playing both ways?

I think he's going bases off of multiple mentions of the same names.

Well if they list so-in-so is starting offense and defense he is obviously a two way player. If multiple so-in-so's do this you have several? Right Genius?

Probably won't find one of him on offense. He wasn't the starter, played some wideout. He's probably an athlete recruit. Has great size and pretty good speed, except when he's timed at Ironton, than he becomes faster than usain bolt. I believe he started at cornerback.

Yeah, this kid would be a third stringer on most teams in this area. I wouldn't worry about him

There are maybe 3 going both ways. How is that surprising? Considering not all packages are going to implement all said so n so's. There will be many playing in different sets. Some offense and some defense. I don't consider myself a genius, however I do consider myself above average intelligence. But thank you.

I've seen it on DVD, pretty impressive from what I saw. I guess we'll all see how good he is soon enough.

I was going by the article which says more than that. Like 6 or 7. You would assume they got the information from a coach? I would've expected with Wheelersburg's high numbers that they would platoon more.

You mean he looked good on his HIGHLIGHT dvd? Of course he did. Honestly it will come down to how the tiger coaching staff utilizes him.

I am waiting until Friday to make my prediction. I am going back and forth on this. I personally can not wait to see two things
1. How wheelersburg responds after the run they made last year
2. How much better did ironton get from last year?

No matter what is said on here, it all get settled Friday night!
