Will the price of gasoline ever get below 2.00 again? What do you think of the refineries owning 2/3rds of the stations in the area and the supplier owning the rest. Does that sound like a monopoly?

2.99 in Ironton. News has it that repairs to the refineries this summer is causing the gas inventories to be low. In fact the repairs are at a record high. Accidents such as fires are also at a record high. Where is OSHA when you need them?
