I was amazed at the differance in price when I went down to WV. after we got past chilli prices went up anywhere from 10 to 20 cents per gallon. I thought it would be cheaper down that way.

Still 2.69 in the Furnace... It was 3.09 at one place in the Burg, and 3.19 on Rt. 140.

8/6/07 I love to report things like this. Oil closed yesterday at 72.06 down 3.42 a barrel and gasoline was 1.9259 down 0.1031 a gallon. This was one of the largest drops in price I have seen in quite some time. Also the first time gas has been below 2.00 wholesale for a long time. I wonder how long it will take it to show up at the pumps? Still 2.75 in Ironton.

I am glad you like to post it because I enjoy reading it.

It is interesting to me and I don't have to go find the information myself.

Thanks for posting it, RiverRatRay!

8/7/07 oil closed at 72.42 up 0.36 a barrel and gasoline was 1.9442 up 0.0183 a gallon. Oil and gas stayed pretty level after that big drop yesterday. I did notice gas in downtown Ironton is still 2.75 and uptown it's now 2.79. Coal Grove is still 2.99 at some stations.

I was surprised that gas in Columbus wasn't any cheaper than gas here.

Wow!!! Good ol' Wheelersburg setting at $2.79. Must be because of all the "rich folk" that live in the Burg. Gee, wish I was on of them.
