New rule for Ohio starting next year I believe is for every kid that transfers schools he/she counts as 5 kids. Anyone know more about this?

There boundary factor added, economic subtraction for poor schools, and a tradition factor.

Athens and Jackson are the exact same -7

This is more up to date information, and before anyone starts jumping on the OHSAA, remember this is what the member schools voted on, and not something that was forced upon them.

Does that mean if transfer player A counts as +5 in 2016,does he also count as such in 2017-2018-2019,if he came in as a Freshman?
I guess what I'm asking does he keep the +5 the whole time at the school he transferred into?

So if a kid moves into the district the multiplier is 0?

I was told its plus 5 until they graduate.
