have you been to Waverly?
Per Mapquest: 23.2 Miles from ZT, 57.8 from Alex...clearly someone dropped the ball at OHSAA, but the game will be played. Alex have been road warriors all season and will be prepared. Expect a large following from Athens County and I'll be trying to gather the purple folk up here in Hocking to support a couple former Chieftains! Go Spartans.

Did Waverly improve their visitors seating? At one time it was horrible. Had those pieces of wood on the concrete. It was scary to sit in them.

Waverly Facilities Have Improved So Much. Great Field Now. It will be a great game. If they are selling them be sure to pick up a brat or an Italian sausage and add the hot peppers. One of waverly's great foods at the stadium!

I think Alex play a similar style offense as burg. So if ZT wins they should have a head start on next week's game! Either way, good luck to both teams!

I have not been to Waverly or any other facility really but what they did at Chillicothe is top notch. Do these other schools have video boards? not that it makes a difference in playing field but makes for an electric environment. "The O" is top notch.

Sure does. Love all the color. Sidelines and solid colored end zones. Very cool and nice looking.

Enough talk about the location/field, how do people think the game will turn out? Anyone seen both teams?

Schools get 100% of parking, they get 100% of concessions and they have no out of pocket cost to host the games. So to allude that they do not get taken care of would be false.
