I expected a much closer game than this. Looks like NY may be the team to beat in the TVC Ohio.

Glad to be back but we know better than to think we are just going to walk through the league lolPoo Bear wrote:Glad to see the bucks back !
The kids came out and set the tone early. Edwards was able to throw the ball just enough to keep the raider DB's honest.
Our D line did an outstanding job tonight. I think we had 7 sacks...
River Valley can throw the ball and at times they were able to. They just couldn't run on the Bucks.
NY still has a few things to clean up but tonight the boys showed they are focused on winning the TVC.

You have to schedule up if you want to build a better program. Big win for the Buckeyes.

That's what I've been saying. Time to drop Eastern, but in fairness typically Gallia Academy and South Point are quality games, but not this year. Although, I don't think Gallipolis would have ever been added back to the schedule if it wasn't known they were going to be down for a period of time.spartans_fan wrote:You have to schedule up if you want to build a better program. Winning games builds a program. Nobody wants to play for a team that consistently loses. Teenagers dont care if those losses are to good teams or the wins are against cupcakes. Win games, get kids out to play, compete for league titles.BlizzardMan wrote:That's what I've been saying. Exactly, you gotta get some wins to get the kids excited then gradually add tougher teams to the schedule.Stone Cold wrote:Winning games builds a program.
