Miami Trace decided to give it up after about 20 years of coaching

Logan Elm coach quit after coaching there 5 years I believe.
He was a home town boy.

why did he leave was he asked to leave logan elm, or did he decide after not having a great year?

Waterford's job is now open. Doug Baldwin has elected to not coach after 13 years. Two of his assistant coaches have elected to not return as well.

Coach Conroy stepping down did not surprise me. He is the Assistant Principal at the high school plus he has been coaching for 28 years. The Trace job should be an atractive position.

Twenty-eight years. That means he's old enough to have coached on the '85 Waverly Tigers' staff.
