Cable Or DSL - Your Speed?
I have DSL, the highest speed that Windstream now offers. How about posting your results? Who would have thought DSL would have ever achieved these speeds? my DSL is 29 dollars a month which, the last time I checked was far cheaper than cable, is it still?

You are getting the numbers that RoadRunner Lite should be putting out. Are you sure that not what you are paying for?
Normal RoadRunner speeds will be close to 7000 download and 450 upload (maybe 500 if the wind blows right). Turbo will be between 12000 - 15000 download and between 550 - 900 upload.
I am sure that the technician will check all ofyou equipment out first, but make sure he checks ALL of the outside lines. The problem may not be with your personal lines, but Time Warner may have an open connection somewhere on the main line. That was my problem here a couple of months back.
Run a few more of those tests. They are saved on the Speedtest website. That way he can see what speeds you are getting.
