Very nice game by the Pirates tonight. They were hitting on all cylinders early. Really hit the boards hard tonight and should have with the size advantage they held.
I was really impressed with Freshman Andy Stegman. He really gets after it and knows what to do with the ball when he gets it around the basket.
Good to see some of the former Pirates back in town for the dedication of the final four teams. Sure did miss Coach Eaton and Brad Walke from the 1982 squad. What a joy it was to be able to watch those guys every ball game night. They sure put on a show and usually never disappointed.

drrabbit,
It sure looks like it. The Burg has to be one of the hottest teams around right now. I really like the makeup of the team and if you get good guard play (and continue to play the D), you will have a nice run in the tourney. I will say again, I like the Frosh Stegman. He will have a great career at the Burg.

I don't know why they don't allow that kind of stuff in there. After all, those 900 year old bleachers are much easier to clean chocolate off of than new ones.
yeah, but where you was sitting...they was not sure if it was choclate or not

I don't understand why either. They let people bring popcorn in to the gym, or at least I see people eating it in the gym all the time, and it makes a bigger mess than a candy bar would. For that matter, if you want to get a candy bar into the gym just stick it in your pocket so no one can see it.
Not that I have did that before.

Besides, we're talking about a candy bar in the hands of BiggDowgg, not some responsible adult.
