I look for this game to be as bad as the last time Burg played Northwest....very very bad EM3 and the starters was pulled after one quarter and the jv still pounded them plain ugly for tho's that remember. I think our 3rd string QB #6 better be ready to see some playing time.

Nice memory, but not true. Actually, in 13-14 Miller threw a td pass to make it 35-0 with 28.6 to play in the 1 st half. Starters also played in the second. Trust me, I was there for the entirety.

The final score was 56-0 and Northwest stadium sucked at the time no away stands and goal post from 1950's hopefully they have updated I don't know since that was last time Burg played them and diff don't need to go back. As for the starters playing I don't remember seeing them much.

Sorry about your stadium but it is what it is. Eastern pike has a better stadium and this is only their 2nd varsity year and they are a super small school and they are still making it better. Start a booster club for your football program maybe...I don't know. Good luck to your mohawks.

No, I said starters played in the second half, not necessarily him. May played qb in second half, but I assure you, #12(Miller) threw the td pass at the end of the 1st half. Remember it well. Motioned from doubles to trips and threw a seam route to #3. Made a couple people miss and scored. Doesn't really matter other than the fact that you tried to throw a jab at another school and its kids by posting inaccuracies.

I made no jabs at any players other then it was an awful game to watch and I was comparing it to this week's game at oak hill. Only jab was about your stadium btw do you remember the cracking god awful noise the PA speakers was at that game I know they had to have got that fixed. At least Oak Hill stadium is very top notch. But still ugly game I predict not as bad as the northwest game 56-0 but guess 48-7

Wheelersburg is in a league of their own this year. They're playing for something most schools only dream of: winning a regional championship and having a chance at the state championship in Division 5. They have to take it one game at a time, though. And hell no, East would not beat Wheelersburg. Wheelersburg would have a running clock on them by halftime or early in the third. It's not because East is a bad team (they're 5-0 for a reason) but that Wheelersburg is that good and will continue to get better with each passing week as long as they stay focused.

Glad I'm not the only one who think it's wacky. I'm glad East is doing well, I have many family members who are alumni. They are doing great and should make a run in the playoffs. But Wheelersburg?! They've been doing this for years and this years team is every bit as good as any they've turned out. Be glad they don't play.

I'm not from Burg. I'm from Portsmouth. And I think you are forgetting about the 2 very good running backs at ND, but that's beside the point. In no way shape or form could East hang anywhere close to Burg. Maybe the first quarter, but after that, it would be a complete embarrassment.thats not a knock on East, they are pretty good D7 team. But you're talking about playing one the best D5 teams in the entire state.

Have you seen East play? If not then you don't know what your talking about lol. It will never happen even tho I'm sure the East boys would love to. I'm from Oak Hill and my entire life people have been downing East, well this is a new team with great talent that can compete.
